In August of 1982, a mysterious young man was spotted by some locals who lived on Little Bitter-Root Lake in Montana. He appeared to be injured, soaking wet, and carried a duffle bag with him. A week after the man had passed through, a plane was discovered at the bottom of the lake that had ties to Vancouver, British Columbia. But it wasn’t until they found what was inside that would go on to make this man a fugitive and one of America’s Most Wanted’s longest mysteries.
