So we're here to tell Amber Tuccaro's story, a 20-year-old single mom who went missing a decade ago near Edmonton, Alberta. BUT the RCMP knew more than they let on in the initial investigation and shared a big secret with the public... Amber's last phone call with a recording of her killer's voice (!!!).
