Melissa Herrman is the president of SSRS overseeing research and polling for a number of high profile companies- think CNN &amp; ESPN! &nbsp;She is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania and Rutgers &amp; has worked with her current company over 22 years. &nbsp;Melissa is smart &amp; articulate, she is &nbsp;extremely driven and her story touches on the theme of making the most of every opportunity big or small. &nbsp;Her impressive career has been shaped by recognizing and seizing opportunity through hard work and dedication, as well a celebrating your individuality.
