UPDATE: Suspect Named in one of the Colonial Parkway Murders from the 1980s. Bill Thomas, the brother of victim Cathy Thomas is back to discuss the latest update and suspect

The Colonial Parkway murders are a series of unsolved killings that took place on a scenic road in Virginia, linking Yorktown and Jamestown, two historic places. The parkway preserves the natural and cultural beauty of the region and does not allow commercial vehicles or tolls. Drivers can admire the York and James Rivers and the changing seasons along the road. Bill Thomas, the brother of Cathy Thomas, one of the victims, has been fighting for justice and awareness.

Crimemuseum.org reports that a serial killer may have killed eight people on the parkway, which is a federal land. The FBI may get involved in the investigations too. The killer went after couples or individuals who parked their cars in or near lover's lane spots. The victims were not robbed or sexually assaulted, indicating that the killer had a different reason. The police have questioned 150 suspects, but none of them fit the description of the killer.
