Ron has been a talent shepherd for 15 years, recruiting and selecting hundreds of candidates to become education leaders. He is a Principal at Edgility Consulting, a national boutique executive search firm that finds the leaders that education organizations need to make a difference. Before that he built his own search firm, consulting, leading and supporting hiring searches for school districts, charter schools and non-profits.  

Ron is also a coach, giving career advice on how to navigate career transitions and present oneself from networking to interviewing. He also supports others on how to live healthier lives through group fitness classes. Ron believes in the power of connecting with others to support, nurture and develop our talents. Last, Ron is a men's personal stylist through J.Hilburn, a luxury menswear company. Guided by his belief that a well-dressed man oozes confidence, he styles men to define their personal wardrobe style and develops wardrobe recommendations. 

Ron is an active member of the NYU alumni community, having served as Vice-President of the NYU Alumni Association, co-founder of the Multicultural Alumni Group, co-chair of the Marketing and Communications committee, and a Young Alumni Leadership Circle patron. 

In his spare time, he loves spending time with his wife Shanita and his daughter Sofia, whether it's watching reality TV, enjoying Jeopardy, or devouring favorite movies/shows on Netflix. He's also an avid yoga practitioner, meditator, obstacle course racer, and VersaClimber enthusiast. A native New Yorker, he's a rabid New York Yankees and New York Giants fan.
