Mitch Bloom, two-time alum of NYU ('08 and '12) left NYU and served in the Peace Corp and is now a chef, and health educator. He focuses on food systems and account management. His travels have taken him to Togo, and throughout US. He ran his own restaurant WOEZO West African Cuisine in Brooklyn and now works with world class chefs delivering food at 'pop-up' locations in NYC.
