On April 13, 2011, Pat Carnes and his dog Lucky were almost back home to Reno, Nevada. They had spent some time in Toledo, Ohio looking at retirement homes and visiting family.Pat was pulled over near Wells, Nevada at 9:00 p.m., for not moving over for a truck on the side of the road. He was given a warning and sent on his way- but not after the Troopers dash and audio cams caught something interesting.
