I dont have this figured out but I will..or not. I'm doing the best I can. Learning as I go. Can't let the fact, I lack experience and knowledge of something scare me away. I have just a basic understanding.
 I was diagnosed with bipolar at age 14 manic depressive and I've been given an ADHD diagnosis which is actually more suited to my situation from what I've learned just recent. If only I had focused on things that are important to life in a healthy manner things would be a lot different
