Dr. Melinda Johnson is a Sport Psychologist, Mental Health Therapist, Consultant, Coach, public speaker and advocate. The goal of the podcast is to tackle the mental health problems that go unnoticed and unidentified in athletes. and their incapability of turning off the aggressive behaviors once the game has ended.
