I'm not going to name the bookstore as I want to give them another try and don't want to let their reputation down. It was just one mistake and they did handle it well afterwards. Also, the book is on its way to me so I'm excited! I ordered a book called "The Complete Grimm's Fairytale" by the Grimm Brothers and was illustrated by Arthur Rackham.
