In highschool you come across some friends who you feel like will be your life long friends, but when that comes to an end you will be okay.

I am a 17 year old girl who wants to help the ones who feel like they are drowning and don’t know what to do. I am simply making this podcast for teens and young adults who are afraid to speak about mental health to their parents or anyone for that matter. I’m also making this podcast for parents who don’t know how to help their child when they are struggling through this battle. The road is long, hard and tough but I will be telling you guys things I wish I’d known when facing this path!Just know you are not alone.
