Hey sweet soul.. lets talk about Pinning and Saving on Social media:
Pinning and saving give us a quick sense of progress because they feel like action. When we save something, our brain gets a small reward for “handling” the information, even though we haven’t actually processed it. This creates an illusion of learning: the content is stored somewhere external, so we assume it’s also stored internally. This episode is about how that habit can trick us into thinking we’re taking in information, when we’re often just bookmarking intentions instead of building real understanding.
