Periods, Contraceptive pill & needed if you're having sex? Nowadays more information is given to younger people about the risks and side effects that come along with the contraceptive pill, but that wasn't the case when we were younger. Starting your period & the contraceptive pill just came hand in hand. We wanted to talk about starting our periods, why we went on the contraceptive pill and was it essential if we were having sex. 

We discuss all of the above with a few things added in for good measure so grab yourself a cuppa, or a wine and let's have a natter.
