Blake Leeper is a 30 year old United States paralympian. He has worn prosthetics below the knee since he was 9 months old. He has never let this get in his way, and has since become an eight-time paralympic track and field international medalist, world record holder, and three-time American record holder. He is currently attempting to make history as a 400m sprinter on behalf of the United States at the Tokyo Olympic Games.
