Chris Williams is the assistant men’s golf coach at Marquette University. Prior to coaching, Williams attended the University of Washington where he ascended to world amateur #1, won six collegiate tournaments and earned the 2013 Ben Hogan Award as the NCAA's top male golfer. Following college he garnered starts on the PGA Tour and competed professionally. Williams talks about learning to play the game growing up in Moscow, Idaho, his development in college, the transition from college to professional golf and his advice to any young person with aspirations to compete at the highest level.
