In this episode we will evaluate what it means to have a healthy relationship with competition.  We will also discuss tools and techniques to help kids approach competition with a healthy intent and mind set.  We will also discuss when you lose it doesn't mean you are a loser and other toolbox items.  Lastly why its unfair and cruel to give kids participation trophies.
