This week on What Do You Know, we sit down with Caitlan Borgmann, Executive Director of Mountain Home Montana. A Missoula native who attended Yale University and spent 25 years in New York City leading advocacy work at the ACLU, Caitlan moved back to Missoula in 2015 and, in 2025, took the helm at Mountain Home. The organization provides housing, childcare, mental health support, and education for young mothers and their children—and is now expanding into a new facility that will triple its capacity and deepen its impact. We’ll talk about Caitlan’s journey, her vision for Mountain Home, and how the Missoula community can help empower the next generation of families.
