Royal Chiou is the owner of Dynasty, Taipei's first "Boutique Fitness Club". Chiou also runs the premier Mixed Martial Arts promotion in Taiwan called PRO Fighting MMA (PRO FC).  An entrepreneur since he was a child, Royal has enjoyed successes in the United States and Asia.
