During Prohibition, America was getting antsy about dealing with people having a good time. So, they did what any government does when they want to shut down a party: they poison the entire group of people there. That's right, the American Government straight up poisoned its citizens to stop them from drinking alcohol. Let's figure out a way to make this a fun con-man style political scandal film, shall we?
