🐕 WESTERN AG LIFE — ON LOCATION! 🐕

Today, Western Ag Life is on location in East Tucson at Melanie Guthrie’s canine training facility for a fascinating conversation about dogs, training, breeding, and the special role they play in our lives.

Melanie brings a lifetime of experience training, handling, and breeding protection dogs to our conversation. Her expertise has taken her well beyond Arizona, as she has trained and sold protection dogs to clients around the world, building a reputation through years of experience and dedication to her craft.

We talk about Melanie’s upbringing, how she first got involved with training and handling dogs, and the experiences that shaped her approach and philosophy.

We also get her thoughts on working with protection animals and what it takes to develop the relationship, trust, discipline, and understanding between a dog and its handler.

But perhaps most importantly, we talk about something that goes beyond training, breeding, or protection. To Melanie, these dogs aren’t simply working animals—they are lifelong members of our families. ❤️🐾

It’s another great Western Ag Life conversation about experience, dedication, and the people who have made their passion part of the Western lifestyle.
