This means that on top of the mandate to not leave your home unless absolutely necessary, you really want to avoid trying to leave WS, as all alternative routes to the WS Bridge are seeing pretty consistent and substantial backups and traffic. Since the initial recommendation, their biggest concern has become the extent and rate of cracking near the quarter points of the main span could lead to collapse in the near future if strengthening is not implemented quickly.
