Kids fight. So do adults. Why?

In order to help our children and ourselves, resolve conflict, it helps to understand the reasons behind the conflict. Our actions and reactions aren't always the source of our conflicts, we need to look deeper or our resolution strategies are nothing more than bandaids that cover up the problem but don't help us grow and heal.
