In this week’s episode, Beau sits down with Bryn Otto, an 18-year-old welder out of Grand Island, Nebraska. They first met down at Fabtech when Beau interviewed Bryn, a young welder looking to improve and spread his knowledge and help get other young people into the field. They chat about how he got his start welding at his high school, which is focused on trades, his future plans going to work in a performance fabrication shop down in Kansas, and Beau gives him some words of inspiration to be a future leader in the welding industry.
