Paul Shannon spent his career as a sales leader and consultant for a large ophthalmology company, implementing surgical devices into operating rooms and health systems across the mid-west. He has experience in acquisitions, raising capital, property management, project management, and is a licensed Realtor in Indiana. He mentions that it is important to stay positive and persistent in the face of difficult times and that social media can be a great way to network and connect with potential partners. He shares that they learned from his experience working as a dietary aide at a hearing-impaired nursing home that people are not going to give you anything if you don’t ask for it.
