James started his career entertaining as ‘Jimbo the Partyman’ aged 15, built up an entertainment agency, then moved into acquiring his first soft play venue, laser arenas, day nursery and outdoor venues.

Today James operates a £12 million business which includes leisure, childcare, outdoor attractions, a web-based soft toy business as well as a training business.
