Charlotte's exploding right now which means we are getting tons of restaurants to pick up the demand which is great. You know what's not so great? The fact that nearly all of them are chains. It's my birthday today (yayyy) so this bad boy was pre-recorded. I will be visiting this topic later though, because this crotchety old man is weirdly annoyed by sub-par chain restaurants, apparently.
