One of the most beloved figures in modern burlesque, the leader of Ellington Academy, Lottie Ellington is extraordinarily candid with Viktor Devonne as she discusses her now famous media attention in 2015 due to being a teacher who dared have a separate professional life that included loving your body, her friendship and mutual mentorship with burlesque legend Toni Elling and the departed Lottie the Body, and taking space in the gap between educating newcomers and honoring the elders.
