Harmony ONE is a layer-1 blockchain that uses sharding and Effective proof of stake to achieve decentralization, security, and scalability. 

A DAO or Decentralized Autonomous Organization is an entity with essentially no central leadership. The community and members of the DAO make the decisions. Every DAO has a purpose and a goal.

The goal is for the Harmony Protocol to have 10,000 DAO's by 2026. In this episode we talk about the tools and resources Harmony needs to use to achieve this.
