What does it mean to say YES to life and allow things to unfold? Today’s episode is a powerful one if you are looking to understand what it means to surrender. Our preferences shouldn’t guide us, but we should look to understand ourselves, our purpose, and our unfolding from a deeper space of connection to what is real and true. Join us to learn more!
Holly Krepps is a certified yoga therapist and the co-owner of Circle Yoga Shala in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas. She has trained and developed teachers at home and abroad for 22 years. Circle Yoga Shala offers training and yoga programs, in addition to growing their own food, engaging in eco-conscious practices, and rescuing horses. Holly understands yoga as an integrative system, which has provided her with unique opportunities. She works with athletes, private clients, and yoga teachers-in-training, and her focus is on discovering habitual patterns of behavior that interfere with the “flow state.” Her passion is helping others connect deeply with who they are-free from stories, emotions, beliefs, and the past.
