Good morning, Oklahoma City! Time for your daily weather update straight from the National Weather Service. Let's dive right into it!

Today, we're looking at increasing clouds with a high near 66. You can expect a northeastern wind blowing at 10 to 14 miles per hour, with gusts as high as 23 miles per hour.

Tonight, things get a bit interesting with a slight chance of showers between 11 p.m. and 2 a.m., followed by a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 a.m.. It will be mostly cloudy with a low around 49, and a northeastern wind at 8 to 11 miles per hour. Keep those umbrellas handy, folks!

As we move into Saturday, showers are likely, possibly even a thunderstorm. It will be mostly cloudy with a high near 56. The breeze will pick up with an east-northeast wind at 9 to 13 miles per hour, gusting up to 20 miles per hour. Don't forget your raincoat!

Saturday night, showers are likely before 11 p.m., then a chance of showers and thunderstorms until the early hours. The night will be cloudy with a low around 46. Wind speeds will be between 7 to 14 miles per hour, with gusts reaching up to 21 miles per hour.

On Sunday, a 20 percent chance of showers before 8 a.m., with partly sunny skies and a high near 62. The wind will be coming in from the north-northeast at 7 to 9 miles per hour.

Looking ahead, Monday will bring sunny skies with a high near 71, and Monday night is expected to be mostly clear with a low around 56. Then, get ready for a warm-up on Tuesday with mostly sunny skies and a high near 77.

Tuesday night, there's a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 2 a.m., with a partly cloudy sky and a low around 55.

Midweek, Wednesday brings a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, partly sunny with a high near 72, and Wednesday night continues with a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mostly cloudy with a low around 61.

Thursday, there's a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, with mostly cloudy skies and a high near 76.
