Do you want to know who was in the movie sleeping with the enemy? You’ll have to Google it because Donald and Catherine have no idea.  What they do know, is that sometimes we have to deal with unreliable people in our lives.  Prepare to reel into madness at the shocking twist that when you’re trying to lose weight, the most unreliable person is often times YOU.  Catherine and Donald give you some tips on dealing with your unreliable self.  The Tip of the Week (TOW!) is not to “just-ify” your choices.  The Product of the week (TOW!) is the Tile tracker.  Also, Catherine doesn’t know the lyrics to the song that is tattooed on her wrist and Donald didn’t realize that Catherine even has a tattoo.
