In a foggy episode, Catherine and Donald talk about a being observers of your own life and starting where you are. By being scientists observing our own lives, we can identify the habits that are working for us and change the ones that are working against us. Sometimes you just have to focus on what’s right in front of you. The Tip of the Week (TOW!) involves deleting apps from your phone. The Product of the Week (POW!) is the Contigo Autospout water bottle. Also, as any good husband would do, Donald compares Catherine to Mr. Magoo, Catherine reveals that her true love is Rick Dees, and the couple ask the ago-old question; do gorillas lurk in the mist or do they just live there?
