The Dublin City Schools have grown rapidly since the early 2000's and, with that, they have seen an increase in diversity. Last year alone, the district enrolled students from 100 different countries! Dr. Todd Hoadley is the superintendent of the district and he speaks with Joel about the district's growth, the benefits of diversity both in the classroom and out in the real world, the challenges of catering to 61 different languages, and the biggest misconception about diversity in schools.
