Dear WLS

Alan L - Hey guys! Hope yall had a great Christmas and new year! My question is for Shawn. A while back yall were talking about shotgun clones and Shawn mentioned that he thought he had seen somewhere that there is a SPAS12 clone out there and he was going to look into it. I was wondering if there was any follow up on that! Thanks and keep up the great work!

Harold S - Hello, looking for a secure way to store a ar style rifle in the back of a vehicle. I know a trunk of a sedan would be easier but looking into a station wagon type vehicle. Not looking for anything like the Tahoe in “From Paris with Love” but something lockable but still accessible. I’m probably going to tint the rear windows of future vehicle but I want the secure locking feature. Thanks

Andrew L - Looking for a budget friendly scope for my ar10 in 308. Originally went vortex LPVO but decided I want more magnification so I’m looking at 5-25s from Vortex, Arken, and primary arms. Wondering your guys’ input and experience with any of them. Thank you

Jordan F - I recently picked up a 1936 Winchester Model 54 in .30 GOVT 06, in great shape for the age. Not that I'm going to use this rifle extensively, will modern .30-06 work in this rifle? From what I gather the GOVT was dropped sometime well after this rifle was made. Also at the same time a picked up Springfield 1903 in great shape as well in .30-06. With a higher than 800,000 serial number and slightly swept back bolt handle. If I'm interpreting the CMP website correctly this 1903 was refurbished and received a double heat treat and should be safe to shoot. If this was your 1903, would you shoot it? I don't intend to put loads of rounds through it, would just like to take it out every now and then to the range with out the fear of eating shrapnel from an exploding receiver/bolt. As with the Winchester Model 54, the only ammo I'd consider putting through it would be the .30-06 from Federal that's loaded a little lighter for the M1 Garand's. Thanks, Jordan

Terrance M - Shawn, I’m ready to go with the fanny pack for a carry option. Would you go over your setup again? Will the Black Rhino IWB holster work? And will the Sig 365 XMacro with sentinel 2 fit in the pack? Thanks

Ryan C - Hello you bunch of C U Next TuesdayS. I just bought a Griffin Armament Bushwhacker 36 suppressor. One of the guns it will be used on is an AR-15 with a 16" Faxon pencil barrel. I've been on the Faxon website and they say their pencil barrels do fine with suppressors, you just have to be aware the barrel will get hot very fast. I also have a 16" Faxon Gunner barrel sitting around. The gun was built as just a general-purpose rifle, and I'm trying to keep it on the lighter side. With barrel temperature and POI shift in mind, do you all think the pencil barrel will be fine with the suppressor for light to moderate use, or should I switch it over to the gunner barrel? I'll be waiting patiently for the next 3-5 business months for your answer.

Ben Dover - Hey guys, I'm going to be turning 21 later this year and will be buying at least one suppressor right away. I have several questions about muzzle devices and gas blocks. First of all, what is y'alls favorite muzzle device (QD or otherwise) and what are the pros and cons of each? I'm considering the Rearden Atlas muzzle brake or flash hider but I'm not sure what effect either ...
