New Jersey files nuisance lawsuits against JSD Supply and Eagle Shows
http://givesendgo.com/Jsdeagle
Sale of Ghost Guns: Defendants are accused of unlawfully selling products designed to create unserialized, untraceable firearms known as "Ghost Guns" to residents of New Jersey.
Targeting New Jersey Market: Despite the illegality of Ghost Guns in New Jersey, the defendants deliberately sell these products at gun shows near the New Jersey-Pennsylvania border, targeting New Jersey residents.
Lack of Sale Controls: The complaint highlights the absence of necessary controls at the point of sale, which allows individuals legally barred from owning firearms, like felons and minors, to easily acquire lethal weapons.
Involvement in Crimes: The increasing use of Ghost Guns in criminal activities within New Jersey is linked to the defendants' activities.
Evading Legal Restrictions: Defendants allegedly sell Ghost Gun Parts (like unfinished frames and kits) that customers can assemble into working firearms, thereby circumventing laws against completed Ghost Guns.
Marketing and Distribution Strategies: The defendants are accused of aggressive marketing and distribution of Ghost Gun kits and parts, including the promotion of assembling Ghost Guns from these kits.
Integration of Business Operations: The complaint outlines the integrated operations of JSD Supply and Eagle Shows, under common ownership, in the Ghost Gun business, including the sale of kits and parts at gun shows.
Promotion of Illegal Products: Defendants are accused of knowingly promoting, facilitating, and aiding New Jersey residents in purchasing frames to make Ghost Guns and in possessing, transporting, and trafficking completed Ghost Guns.
Contributing to Public Nuisance: Defendants' actions are alleged to contribute to a dangerous public nuisance in New Jersey, jeopardizing the health and safety of its residents.

Tyler C:
Hey y'all,
Long time listener and lurker. I recently built an 300 blackout pistol with a sb folding brace adapter and I'm looking for a good a decent back pack for every carry. I usually carry a 8x10 notebook and a surface tablet for work and a few other small things but want to carry my new pistol folded with a few spare mags as well.
Ive read some good things about the verxex commuter sling bag but wanted y'alls opinion as well! Thanks for the great shows as I listen to every show on my long commutes.
Just as a note I run a small HVAC company and will have to leave it in the truck when at calls. If this makes any difference..
Again. Love the show and long live the ssb!!!
Denzel Washington:
I have four boys, and I would like to leave each of them with a premium pistol in my will. As I would also like to enjoy those guns while I am alive, they must all be different. What are the top four favorite premium, all metal, semi-auto pistols of each of the WLS crew? Please limit the price to a max of a Staccato P. (No Cabots or Aliens) Many thanks!
Alph Betboise:
