Hello, It’s the secretary here taking over the write up again. I’m not nearly as clever as my boss but here goes. In episode 8 I discuss The Fly (1986), Halley (2012) and Thanatomorphose (2012).  On the surface all three films involve a protagonist facing decomposition and deterioration. But these films are more than superficial body horror. They are all faced at one point with loneliness and an existential crisis with mortality and their place in the world.  So come join me as we burrow into these three self-reflective movies.
