This Podcast is dedicated to sharing advice and suggestions for those interested in personal growth.  I have dedicated the last several years to becoming the best version of myself, that I can be.  By aspiring to be of maximum use to others, by developing self esteem, self worth, recognizing unhealthy communication and coping skills.  Developing better behaviors in communication and being willing to grow continually emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.  I believe we should never stop evolving and improving.  I am passionate about sharing my experience, strength and hope with others.  

And most importantly spreading awareness and discussions about mental, emotional and spiritual health.
