In the aftermath of England losing the Euro final against Italy, this episode speaks about racism in the workplace, being anti-racist instead of being against racism in a superficial way, why working hard to be a model minority only harms us further and shining a spotlight on the amazing work done by the charity Kick it Out who work tirelessly to end discrimination in football.
