hey cool kids, 

this has got to be one of my most vulnerable episodes. I sat down with someone who has been in my life so long, she carried me on her back when I was a baby.  An older sister, a mentor, my greatest friend and funniest of people; we delve into mental health, singleness, height and our pasts. This is an open and raw conversation, therefore I feel like it's only right to implement a *trigger warning* we do talk about someone who takes their own life and deeper perspectives of mental illnesses. My heart is that someone will hear this and find joy and encouragement; not because either of us are exceptional encouragers but because I don't doubt the Lord will use our stories to reach and touch someone else.
