In light of the recent current events around human trafficking, we wanted to talk a little about our thoughts on self defense, our "what if" scenarios and thinking strategically in a panic situation. We also brought in female Brazilian Jiujitsu fighter, competitor and teacher Fiona Watson to talk us through some easy maneuvers to know JUST IN CASE.
Of course, we borrowed the term "fuck politeness" from our girls at My Favorite Murder.
