Matt Taylor is the current Director of Coaching For Ricoh in the Japanese Top League. During his international coaching career (over 100 Test Matches) he worked as a Defence Coach for both Australia & Scotland. Domestically he coached for the Glasgow Warriors and the Queensland Reds.
