<p>This episode is a break from the norm.  With all that&apos;s going on in the world, I had to take a break and reflect.  These are troublesome times but it will get better. </p>

I'm Freakin' Tired

I lost my son to suicide In 2019, he was 14 years old. I chart my path on dealing with grief as I heal and also I pray that it may help others dealing with a loss.  In life, people often take walks, preferably with a caring companion. While walking, you may smell the roses or take in the scenery, all while getting to know one another over a conversation and form a bond that includes lasting memories.  Walk with me and let me tell you how I'm doing and I how I have made it thus far.
