And... we rest. One sacred day a week, we dedicate to the restoration of ourselves for 24 hours. A day to allow our souls to catch up with our bodies. A day to celebrate. A day to resist the productivity grind of our cultures, and slow down. A day to acknowledge our own limitations. My day of rest is a Sunday, hence: the Sunday walk.
