Talking with Ash about how the sad story of his Sister committing Suicide in 2017 led him on a journey of discovery to his mind over matter challenges where Ash does one challenge a month to raise money but more importantly awareness of Mental Health issues.

It's about raising awareness of Mental Health especially in Scotland as every day two people sadly take their own lives.
The podcast will be Val, Chez and myself Richie talking on a weekly basis on what matters to us and what we hope and think can make a difference.
Though mainly we will be focusing on Men's Mental Health as Men are still to 
this day reluctant to talk about their issues.
