Sam Houston was 5-1 in WAC play coming into Thursday night. After opening its game against New Mexico State on a 10-0 run, the Bearkats never looked back. Savion Flagg had another big night in just 24 minutes of floor time. And the rest of the Bearkats did their part to push Sam Houston to 6-1 in league play.

Play-by-play voice Rob Hipp got on the podcast to talk about the big win, his takeaways from the game and how Sam Houston has set itself up atop the WAC standings.
