<p>In this episode, we continue to discuss paragraphs 1 and 2 of the General Instructions on the Liturgy of the Hours. We explore references to daily prayer found in the book of Acts . We also look at early Church writings that provide some details about the daily prayer life of Christians during the first few centuries of the Church.</p>

The Prayer of Christ
