Lesley de Jonge was the national volleyball coach of Nepal when he realized that not everyone in the world is as privileged as he is when it comes to volleyball equipment and infrastructure. That’s when he came up with the idea to found “Let’s Keep the Ball Flying” - an organization dedicated to addressing exactly that issue by creating sustainable volleyball structures and sharing knowledge.
