Having been a classroom teacher, department leader, building principal, curriculum leader, assistant superintendent and now superintendent for the past 16 years across 3 states and 4 school districts, she continues to have a future focused and student centered approach.</p>

Looking closely at the health issues in our schools and how it affects absenteeism rates, cognition rates (impact and implications), and performance of leaders/teachers (impact and implications).
