<p>Dr. Maria Armstrong is the Executive Director for the national Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents [ALAS] in Washington, DC. Maria’s primary focus on the role of Latino social networks, leadership, educational policy, and knowledge mobilization and the relationship between those elements and the educational attainment of historically marginalized students.</p>
