Been looking forward to this one for a while. Danny Sein is the drummer for one of Chicago's best two piece rock bands, Mr. Phylzzz(pronounced flies). They've just put out, what I consider to be, the greatest "noise" rock album this year on Amphetamine Reptile Records no less! It's a short album, but full of great, big banging drums, heavy guitars, but also serious and somber melody. Kinda sounds like I just described Nirvana's In Utero too, which is why Danny's here to talk about it.

Is In Utero a noise rock album?

Is Mr. Phylzzz noise rock?

Can a noise rock band achieve main stream success? What is noise rock?

These are the big questions I was hoping to get to the bottom of. Plus the making of Fear The Lord, the new album by Mr. Phylzzz. Try to get your hands on the vinyl when it's available here:https://www.shoxop.com

Or just stream it wherever you get music.
